I think this local market just does not support it. 

I've found support for the 21-day start on both sides: after surrendering the keys and also at the end of the lease.

This is a statewide organization https://www.newsreview.com/sacramento/renters-stri...They're really rallying support for putting regulations on real estate investing throughout California and there are a lot of states that are worse. 

BTW, 13500 RMB/ month is a great deal of money for most Chinese household, enough to support a middle income family.

I must also add that we had friends in the area and when the local market (highly desirable ) failed to produce cash-flow, we didn't take a methodical approach of ever widening circles - - we jumped directly to where we could gain support.

It's a child support lien on the house $5,000... but he looking for $170,000.

My broker is Keller Williams and I'm very happy with them because I have the flexibility to do things mostly on my own terms, but they still have the support that I need education wise.
