Hi BiggerPockets Community,

I'm new to Bigger Pockets and just want to introduce myself & tip my hat at all you fantastic folks that support each other and make it shake on BP! Its more fun making money together, and I appreciate your out-reach and advice as I dive in as an active investor for the first time.

About me...Economist by education (petrified of analysis paralysis), spent a number of years in real estate tech building & managing buyer lead gen solutions at realtor.com for agents & brokers, and adding SaaS (Software as a Service) utilities that help incubate buyer & seller leads until they're ready for a face to face meeting. I've also co-founded a lead incubation pilot call center (a long story for another day). More recently I've led Product at the 2nd largest privately held real estate auction marketplace in the US (yep..behind Ten-X, ahem..I mean far behind in terms of inventory).

My goals as an investor is to get a return higher than 10% on my invested capital by flipping properties with a low appetite for risk. I'm also warming up to the idea of biting into probate listing. 

I'd love to connect with other investors, real estate agents, wholesalers &  lenders. At this stage I'm trying to pick a focus / niche given the macro & local market dynamics.
