While looking around I came across several cash flowing multi family properties in the evansville area and wanted to see if I could get some insight on investing in the local area from people who already invest and/or live there.

I am looking to refi this deal to get the property in my name for the perosnal tax benefits, and hopefully dodge the higher interest rate before it balloons.Any leads/insight on how to go about doing so, or general thoughts on this deal, would be greatly appreciated. 

We do plan to link up with other local investors down there, but wanted to reach out the BP crew to gain any insight.
