It seems to me that we cannot make the client add coverage to the renters insurance policy since that would be an extra free and not be allowed by law.

My most recent "intel" is that it extends eviction moratorium 1 more year and for those who accept the payment "supplements" there will be catches such as relinquishing ability for financial litigation which has been our sole recourse vehicle.

DSCR is an acronym that stands for Debt Service Coverage Ratio and those loans require no income verification (no tax returns, paystubs, W2's etc...) and the rate is based off the guarantor's credit and the lease amount.I don't think you need to be prepared for longer holding costs with a multi family if the renovations are all done at the same time.
