AirBnB tends to attract folks looking for something bigger and/or more amenities than a hotel. 

I think this deal has made me come to a certain realization, MFU are not in my Wheel house, not that I should never venture towards them but I think there's a reason why the game of Monopoly forces you to buy 4 green houses before adding a hotel. 

Even in LA, seems like West Hollywood is very anti-Airbnb while Los Angeles downtown seems like they just want to make sure they get the hotel taxes. 

I talked with other attendees who had syndicated single family portfolios, medical office developments, hotels...the list goes on!

Now that we got the disclaimer out of the way, if you find a small hotel (less than 25 room) hit me up!

You know that you have water infiltration into the walls, but you don't want to tear out what is there because you don't want to put up your tenants in a hotel?

Also interested in finding something small that might be run as a full-on BnB or small hotel,  Either with gites or several bedrooms if you know of anything like that.Any input you could provide would be appreciated!

I noticed that you provide everything just like a hotel which I'd like to model. 

The Flamingo area is actually putting in a 191 slip marina with convention center and new hotel etc........
