I didn’t realize this until just yesterday but I’m realizing I’m almost to the point we’re the rentals pay for all my wife’s and myself a student loans, mortgage payment and with adding one more rental we will have our car payments officially covered.

Smaller ticket items, think water heaters, toilets, vanities, shower fans, light bulbs, switches, river rock, vent covers etc etc.I also spent all hours outside of my W2 working on some aspect of the project from Jul 1 to Aug 15 (spent my birthday dinner sanding floors).

My first 3 properties were purchased in my name and I thought I was smart by purchasing an umbrella policy to cover them all.After reading as listening to advice on BP I see that I should setup an LLC and have a team (CPA, lawyer, etc) advising me.I wonder if anyone can share the team of Advisors they use, who they are (CPA, Lawyers, etc) and how they found a good one.

I was thinking one would get licensed in MO and the other in KS for now (mainly because we will both be working for a bit and can cover each other) but not completely sure if we will need to do that so thank you for your honesty.
