@Johnny Manziel, if it's genuinely a "B+" area, and $67.5k/door is a provable bargain, then you may well land on your feet with this one, though I suspect that being the landlord/manager for the other three units will prove to be a lot more work/expense than you anticipate.Paying a PM would generally cost around 10% gross rent, not 20-25%.

Do they have liens on your property,, how are you going to show you PAID them if the money never goes thru your hands.. what can you expense for your self for taxes,, how do you show income on this property when your not getting money, how can you prove or show bankers on your next project what your portfolio consists of.. if you do it this way..
