Check out the the info here on house hacking, it is probably the best way to get started in real estate investing.In my day "job" I'm a university professor and I tell all of my soon to graduate students this time of year that they should keep living like a student for as long as they can stand it, and to not waste money on things that depreciate without tax benefits.The best part about real estate is that it is so easy to leverage and you can even buy fire insurance.
