We're letting her stay here for a couple of days and going to follow up on the legalities of her staying till she's 18 tomorrow, I don't want to put myself in any bind there. 

I always hear people talking about staying on month to month lease with tenants..... but if you still have to go through the eviction process, then what’s the point.

I would rather surprise to the upside than count on continued high rent growth.
