Hello my name is Dralan im 22 years and I work for the Dallas sheriff me and my brother are getting into the real estate journey..

I began this journey in July.

Fairly new to Real Estate investing but am looking to start this journey in 2014, and leaning towards starting with a Buy & Hold plan.

Safe to say we know and Like the business - and John is correct, IT IS A business.However, I've owned about a hundred single family rentals and over 400 multi-family properties - and it was the darkest period of my journey as an entrepreneur.

I was looking into Business Management programs, but any suggestions on courses that would benefit me in this journey to become a full time investor would be greatly appreciated.

I'm looking forward to chatting with everyone and starting my journey to financial freedom through real estate!
