The house is in a great area, wonderful neighborhood and would make a solid rental or flip.

I'm in Norfolk, Virginia for the next couple of years but am looking to find a good solid market to settle down in once my orders are up.

Having said that, if you want to go after this one, I'd make sure your rehab and rent numbers are solid and that you are ok with the type of tenant you would be marketing to.Good luck!!

At least you know the values are solid, and the tenants are SO much easier to work with.

I have found that after 1 solid deal banks were willing to expand their offerings to me.

I understand the reason I'm being ignored is because no one wants to help someone starting out without any solid money because they would probably just waste a lot of time.
