The attorney will simply request disclosures (or he'll search) and the judge will say, spill the beans, who is in this entity.

If it is listed and he is the agent I would think he is breaking his duty to the seller by not publishing the address (unless requested not to by the seller)In most states it is perfectly legal to approach a seller directly as long as you are not an agent yourself.

I usually request what's called a buyers hud from title and that's what lets the end buyer know what to bring to closing. 

I am not sure of your application process, but please verify that the person who is requesting to rent your place is providing some identification (driver's license, SS card, pay stubs, or gov't issued ID.).

What's the average or approximate time to budget from the day you submit the first permit request until you can stick a shovel in the ground?
