Hi everyone, I’m looking for a lawyer who is familiar with tenant/ landlord laws and how to navigate L&I safety requirements/regulations.

Given current market conditions and shifting regulations and court decisions you may be better off month to month VS term lease. 

I was wondering if anyone can help me out with STR regulations in that state?

I think I will write out things that might be said to me and write out how to respond to various questions and commits and practice them so I don't say more than I should.I agree that her putting up a fight is a very real possibility.

Due to covid measures door knocking and cold calling were actually fined practices.

I pay a fortune for water, have implemented many cost saving features... but my best was inserting a pressure regulator, (after seeing a kitchen faucet jump) Saves on the life pipes and cuts down on the amount of water released per second.
