I am curious about different financing options with reasonable long term interest rates for a starter property that doesn't involve owner occupation. 

No reason to make it taxable.

I asked her reasoning in selling her home and when she needed to sell. 

It is unlikely they are evicting without a good reason.

Get out the phone book and call every little bank in your town till you find the right one willing to do business with reasonable conditions and terms .

@Mike McCarthy My reason for even considering cooktop is because It seems like they won’t be baking... which also means they don’t forget something in the oven (if there isn’t one) and it will be one less thing to have accumulating grease, dirt and possible pests.  

I personally don't see any reason why a C-Corp should directly own any real estate.

For homes that are far from the Neighborhood value due to the condition ect...aside from trying to explain to the seller the reasoning behind my ARV and the offer price based on what the neighborhood supports and repairs that need to be done in order to get it to "Appraisal Value" what else might be the best approach. 

The only reason to keep it is further appreciation.   

Should we continue to find another lender or does this seem reasonable?
