Im new to real estate investing and have a question concerning my first property.

If you look outside city limits make sure you do some research on the septic system, your lot size, if you even have room for a backup field , the ability to replace septic is becoming a real issue statewide. 

Also remember that Real estate is a long-term play so even if the cash flow isn't a "home run" right now you can refi later and hopefully even pull out some equity you can put down on another one, bringing you closer to financial freedom.Thanks for reading BP!

In my shoes I would want the stability of the cash flow and look to leverage as a long term rental through a PM.Some folks want to cash out and reinvest the new found equity in a higher producing asset.
