Right now I am labeled on this site as a wholesaler and I've been trying to change it to rehabber/wholesaler.

I have been using the site to educate myself on a variety of subjects over the last few years and am now ready to develop my network and make my first deal.I have been renting in Syracuse and am now looking to purchase a 1-4 unit property.

I'm surprised to see the biggerpockets site endorsing it in spite of this.

I"m also using the county assessor site to get assessment price from there and compared to those prices.

I suggest you browse the site here and just invest in your education and soak up everything you can.

After graduating from college a year ago I've been learning the ropes of real estate investing through this site, through various books (Rich Dad Poor Dad series especially) and some freelance work.As good as the books and online material out there are, I'm looking to work for an investor so I can learn the nitty gritty of the business and get started investing myself.
