I have a degree in Economics from Loyola Marymount University and I believe in building (testing) investing systems based on economic data.

So it's just not in CA.You have to do your research, develop your investing model, test it using historical data, and then apply it within the criteria of the model. 

I don't know if this has been tried, failed miserably or not the correct way to start networking.I was just thinking I wouldn't mind testing out or sitting in a couple of screenings, picking deals in my area and I am willing to do anything to create that contact in the Jacksonville, FL area.

Testing, testing.I am working with my forum signature and wanted to see how the account settings worked.

However, I have rental houses where I have never tested the landline the tenants always use cell.

They were new and I didn't get a warranty and from then on its my mantra to get them on appliances for rental properties.Lastly one thing I always do when getting a property in a new market is test the demand and price points by posting ads on craigslist.  

If they fail this test you obviously wouldn't rent them.

I don't believe doing 3 per entity will pass the it's a duck test by the state banking regulators. 

How about doing a split test?
