Instead of putting a “county” in the blank space ask them to write in “any property that they show to you” that way any property they alert you to and invest time into they are assured they will get paid for.

Look to your state for intl trade missions....advertise in local publications of your target country.   

You just can't get the types of loans for notes that you can for rentals to make that strategy work in the note space.
