Purchase price obviously has an impact on your cash flow, but price fluctuation happens in every market and the best time to buy is just about always yesterday/last month/last year.

I personally would much rather have the opportunity to control my own career/life and actually do something that can positively impact others whether it be providing someone a place to live, helping like-minded individuals reach the level of freedom they desire, or introducing curious individuals to an investment vehicle with the potential change their lives.I have taken these past few months to continue to educate myself on all matters of real estate, mindset, and entrepreneurship as well, as I know the importance of establishing a strong mindset base in order to be successful in business endeavors.

I have always used wire transfers when dealing with vendors, but how is my credit impacted if I pay a $20k order on a credit card , then pay it off immediately?

I'm trying to determine if I'll need to stop putting my rent on my CC 3 months prior to applying for financing or shifting around how I pay for my monthly living costs.I know in commercial lending the asset is used for determination of loan issuance more than the individual purchasing the asset, being that residential is more about the purchaser I was curious to what extent my current debt handling would impact me.

This rating impacts what the bank can borrow money for and dramatically impacts the bank's rating.
