The major difference between the agent and broker license is that the broker has to know more to for agent oversight.  

I cant pay more than that if I do my profit margin is razor thin.

We can do good quality we can do maintenance grade as well, one of our major sectors is government facility maintenance.

If they don't, they get more pressure by the loss of their vehicle or having to suffer a major inconvenience to use it.

The banks will withdraw money and hold it in limbo for awhile-- they use this "float" to increase profits.

However, the non-profit that's got them for dirt cheap is rehabbing them.

Majority of the damage is downed trees and power being out, and the wind and storm surge damage is limited.  

I am wondering what are your thoughts on these co-living start ups and how would one structure a profit sharing agreement with a landlord to start something like this?

IE wholesaling but that takes money and major sales skills.. and a market that has a lot of excess inventory and rental inventory.. it really depends on where your living and working.. all the guru training materials say just about the same thing there is nothing brand new .. just the same methods or schemes repackaged and regurgitated to enduce those who want it all now and are willing to pay for fast track.think MLM..
