If you can't wait have the listing agent do a report justifying there drop in price and do not have them do those computer Generated CMA Reports the MLS generates, but rather them printing out Listing Sheets of closed comparable that show the market time on the properties and the value of the properties.

This is going to be dragged out and covered up with printing press, paper and ink.Putting a floor under the residential housing market should be the very top priority of politicians, everything else hinges on equity in our homes, we can lose the commercial market to some extent, but firming up the residential market should be job one.will they extend, my guess is yes, but I would not bet on it.

Others feel that due to the amount of money printed by the government recently there is going to be hyper-inflation and they will be able to get an interest rate of highrer than 10% in the near future therefore they discount the note quite a bit more so they are not losing money by being locked into the current low interest rate.This is why the offers vary widely these days.
