Truly low income/poor for the most part don't have the money to go to Vegas and party. 

It seems like much like everybody else, as soon as I read rich dad, poor dad, I caught the real estate investing bug and I am hyped to keep going.

The market for good rental prospects ($80k-$100k) has been picked over in many respects.

You pick a price based on your research of rental values and then sit back and the demand or lack of demand will tell you.

For a 20 door apartment building I would expect slightly less cash flow per poor then say a single family rental.But for a single family vs duplex I’d expect the cash flow per door to be about the same
