Do I have the right to see receipts?

Hello, We don't currently have a STR, but posting here because many STR use these kinds of devices.   

My hubby (Adam) and I are also new investors but have lived in Spokane most our lives. 

I have a situtation where the owner had paid off the house but owns 27K in back taxes and is afraid they are going to take it away from him and wants to sell it. 

Offering a commission can help ensure that agents are motivated to show their properties and market them effectively.However, there are also flippers who have found success by not paying buyer's agent commissions.

I have the opportunity for a cash offer where the property has great up side once it is renovated.We can get in to the property no problem since we have the cash, the issue is how to finance the repairs and renovations since we just got started on the business and no longer have a w2 or 2 years income under the LLC? 

The journey to wealth via real estate will have different paths for different investors.

How many have closed? 

My advice is to buy good properties in good locations even if you have to forgo cash flow.  

We have bought only a handful of 2nds but to me, the 2nds game is a volume play.
