Not sure if some of the developments completing will help or just bring more people.  

Guest checks in, i double check camera to make sure no issues getting in (sometimes people have issues using Schlage lock.

Regarding financing (and sight distance approval), maybe having your architect make up a small model with people and cars to help sell the project to the bank.This could be costly and of course there's no way to measure the effectiveness on their decision. 

Attend meetups and meet as many people in RE as you can.

I’m not seeing any comparables listed or sold in the area recently in this bad shape. the last lot I posted for sale I undervalued it and then asked for a offer most saying “well it’s posted for 20,000” even though after talking to people, I started to see that they would happily pay more than that.

There are plenty of hard working low income people deserving of descent housing that do not have rock bottom credit scores.

Drown out the noise and stay focused - I had alot of people telling me I was crazy 5 years ago when I started. 

i would assume that that is for only people who don’t make enough.?

Probably low traffic for most churches...maybe Wed night and Sunday morning.
