It was 20% back when we got into flipping and moved houses for investors 10+ years ago, now it’s 10%.I do not flip anymore, I prefer to flip and hold.

I own a house (NW Indiana) that I fully renovated and now have 200k equity in it.

The new owner had it checked out and it ended up being the septic line from the tank to the house was never done 🙄. 

My purchasing power can afford me a house down there and I also work in South Jersey (Cherry Hill) and live in central jersey.

We'd like to rent both houses if we moved. 

What my thinking was, right now llc rent income is only $57600, however if I use the same LLC to manage other properties also then, including all the rent (short & long term) my llc rent income goes to 250000.

They've performed well and expenses are extremely low.

I'm turning the corner on getting my house ready to rent.
