I bought the townhome that I live in and renovated and increased its value and added a whole bathroom.

I’m also in the middle of my first fix and flip in Cleveland (remotely, I live in Rhode Island).  

We live in rural NE Ohio.

We have money to put into a new property, and we'd like to live by the beach.

I live in san diego ca and plan to move to chicago to buy a triplex and make brrrr in the future.

Hello All, So, I located where an owner lives.

There is a very large living room that I want to build walls and create bedrooms out of to add value to the home.

 ive delt  with the lead inspection with several of my bosses homes          this one guy has done 8+ of our homes so far    hes very concerned about the kids if any that live in the homes, because they are the ones  in direct contact with the walls and are very touchy on the walls and surfaces where lead could be ..   

So, a duplex is not eligible unless you're living in it.

Be patient, save more, buy a smaller place, move somewhere more affordable, get other streams of income, house hack, cut your expenses.
