@Robert S. sorry you're experiencing this--I've been in your shoes, and it's no fun.Luckily, I have extensive experience with this type of issue (I learned the hard way when I bought a property that was basically built above a subterranean river that caused three basement floods in about six months!). 

If you lose your job, get into a financial problem that your bank learn about, bank will cut you off your HELOC lifeline in a snap and you will not have anything left to recover as all your money will be stuck into your home principal.

How did you reinforce your learning and ensure success on the exams?

I have read a lot of books on starting, but I am having trouble learning how to find that good deal I can bring to someone.

I've learned that it's a specialized type of line voltage thermostat, not compatible with regular low voltage Furnace/AC systems.

If anyone has any tips or advice feel free I’m open to learn more
