My only delimma is a slight language barrier, the tenants primarily speaking Spanish, and me intuition telling me they are not being upfront with how many people are living in this property.

At first it seams counter-intuitive from a time stand point but it really isn't.

Would the circumstances in which a renovator be interacting with an inspector basically be when trying to get a new CO permit issued by the township?

I have looked at turnkey as a potential option, but I like a bit more interaction than it allows.  

Co-worker in the sense we work for the same company but totally different departments I have never met him before him applying for the rental so no interactions no conflicts of interest. 

@Victor So I think @Bob Okenwa's intuition is correct.  

It also gives you access to the MLS and you get to interact with seasoned Investors. 

@Alex Deacon Your point is a good one, and I haven't had enough interaction witht the agent to have a good feel for what level of service she will provide.  

I've been on the forums now for about a week and have had some great interactions with people and have already learned so much from them.
