I have to say I have only been here on BP for a few weeks, but the interaction, information, and willingness to help has been mind-blowing.

For a small investor, a park or court requires close management, sometimes unpleasant interactions and definitely the ability to improvise; more so than other residential types.

There are a lot of great people here so do interact in the forums and meet them. 

I'm looking forward to our interactions.

We older types cling to them - largely because we value the personal interaction, but millennials are consistently eschewing the old ways for the new and are the largest demographic.
