You didn't mention the time frame but if that opportunity was a few years ago they had upward pricing pressure (hence $200k high sales price) and lower interest rates bringing in more offers.

(I own 150+ homes) It's the water running down the exterior walls that does the most damage over time.  

The time frames are tight.

Regarding MBD and their fund, I had six figures invested and they're currently in a bankruptcy so time will tell what happens there.But blaming Sief or Scoutpads for this is incredibly unfair and inaccurate imo.

Serious buyers don't waste their time there, unless they are an investor looking for a fire sale.
