That's what a Crime Free / Drug Free addendum covers.. you should include that on your leases.If your fined pass the fine on to tenant.I'd give them a mutual lease termination notice out in 7 days or you could file for cause..

The answers given include that the borrower is trying to arrange permanent financing so they are not sure.Wouldn't the time to arrange for permanent financing be before the loan is due?
