My list includes an electrician, heating & air service, plumbing outfit (though I do most of this myself, I was a plumber in an old life), roofing contractor, and a couple of general handymen.

I'm looking at purchasing a new high-end home and using it as a STRP (short term rental property, i.e. listing on Air bnb, etc) This works really well in my area.

What I've found so far is that it seems to be a bit of a challenge to locate these lists, since most list providers focus on improved property.

I'm originally from Colorado, joined the Air Force and served for 10 years. 

My first assignment location from Officer Training School will be at the LA Air Force Base.

One of my friends swears about using an agency to do all the above work, but they take a big chunk of the profit too.If anyone has suggestions to improve the above caveats, please chime in!

The ISSUE is understanding the VALUE of goods and services, wholesalers need to ask your Attorney General what they see as PRICE GOUGING, ask them how they view the value of any service in real estate. where a straw man never takes title, never touches it to improve it and simply flips a contract.

Since you plan to throw her out - see if you can help her move and find some place for her, Medical is very helpful for assisted living I believe - or perhaps get her family to do so, if she has family.I think someone else mentioned the 10:1 price rent ratio - I use this as a rule of thumb so the way it is now it doesnt work, but if you can improve the rents it will work. the price doesnt seem high for 1700 sf in LA.
