Time is of the essence in a hot market like San Diego.Now, I'm just asking if anyone has done this method, because I can see how it would work.  

I also do realize that all of this is easier said than done in a hot market ... so yes we all do need to exercise some discipline in our acquisitions to make sure we can still manage our risks and make the payoff worth the risk and effort, regardless of what sort of properties we are going for, or else don't buy if it is not.

My community is really hot right now, and there are still many properties left.

My wife and I decided to remove all the radiators and convert to forced hot air furnaces with central air.

It will only be used to vent the gas from four traditional hot water heaters.

Parts of it are changing a bit as a lot of these hard working households see success.

This hot-button topic has generate quite the debate, but a recent comment on the article has me wondering.In a multi-unit situation, what would the law say if there was an existing tenant with allergies to the type of animal that an applying tenant had as an ESA?

The value can increase through buying right, using sweat equity, market goes up, neighborhood gets hot. 

I'm also being patient about it, as the market is too hot right now and many sales aren't good deals.
