I believe if the goal is to make Wichita able to host more conventions and performing arts, the better place is tear down, replace, and modernize.I think as investors it is more important for us to help the city find a way to distinguish itself, attract new money, jobs, and talent than it is for us to try and keep something for the sake of history.

First things first, the host did not intend to let someone have a 100 person party at the home but the guest had replied saying that there were only have 12 person reunion. 12 person reunion is not the same as a 100 person party.

Anyways i have purchased one home in 46205 zip code right on the border of the 46218 zip code and tenants are great (so far) house appraised at 145k and i payed right up there because i got 1 more house for pretty much pennies on the dollar (bundle deal) The other properties are in the west side/ smaller homes and 46221 zip code.
