Hello I could help you with a fix’n flip loan.To apply is easy, you just need to have a minimum credit score of 620 if higher better, you need to have at least 25% to buy, you need to have a company and if you don’t have experience for your first deal you would need to do the renovations with a general contractor.Our terms are 80% LTC or 70% ARV, the rates are 10.75%, no prepayment penalty, 12 months, our origination is 1.5% + underwriting fee of $1500 and legal fee of $1250 plus appraisal and title fees.Please let me know if you need terms for an specific deal, I’m happy to help!

Paint the dream, assess your current situation, and plot plan between the two.Play our the year over year rent increases, fix debt loans, and appreciation. i think the problem is not the goal but most people also doesn't know what would happen in the future while it's very calculatable.so when guru A teach A, the student think the A is the best.when coach B is teaching B, the student think B method is the best.What one really need to master is they have to master the UNDERWRITING financial scenario of different investment, that would be an eye opener.Also if guru A is teching the A method is working for him/her; most likely the method is working around that time and place.For example, most of the money being made in real estate is actually happened because we purchased during bottom around 2010-2013 era.
