Payments to GC for same property but from different LLCs. Multiple 1099s?

Hello all

Last year, we made payments to our GC for two properties. The payments came from business checking accounts that are in the name of different LLCs. Property is in the name of X LLC. Check were made from X LLC, Y LLC and Z LLC. We are members on each of these LLC. Should I issue multiple 1099s to the same contractor? A 1099 from each LLC? Tomorrow is the last date and hence, freaking out a bit. Thank you for your help.
