I was actually thinking about buying a mobile home and pay lot rent as an option for my place.

Personally, I found this in self-storage and mobile home park arenas.

I was able to do it on the Mobile App.

They also don't need the size home they have and are beginning to struggle with mobility to get upstairs (negating the whole point of that space).

There's lots of upward mobility, but I don't want to have to rely on a corporate job to support my family, due to some health issues I'll get into below.I currently own two (single family) rental properties that net me combined ~$950 dollars positive cashflow a month.

I would also like to sell the park as a whole but remain the owner on the mobile homes that are on a contract for deed, and collect that income.

Wanted to see the views on purchasing mobile home to rent out.

My parents also owned a property with a mobile home in the back yard.
