The assertion to 'get licensed" is a generic useful and safe comment but not necessary depending on which state, which deal type, which contract specifics, what you say to the seller, etc.  

This market is very different and im looking to establish a team of go getters who would like to work with me. 

Although we are fairly new and a small scale team, we are still marketing for distressed homes in Ventura County. 

I am also in the process of refining and building my team now so I would also like to network with General Contractors, Closing Attorneys, Title Companies all in or around the Greater Atlanta Area!  

As a retired police Commander (30 yrs), I went to Afghanistan embedded with Infantry Brigade Combat Teams (2011 with 45th IBCT, and 2013-2014 with 2nd BCT/101st Airborne) as a consultant on a Dept of Defense contract.
