Hello BP Family,I am re engaging in my real estate investment company, pretty much starting from the beginning, I am having problems with the contracts that are being submitted.  

I know I need some skin in the game and that will help me with lenders. 

I will definitely need to get a game plan together for verifying income.

Commercial is a completely different ball game.

After a while, I could not find a title company in the City of Chicago that would do this type of deal, even after I restructured things.Not to long after that, FULL DISCLOSURE was required in Illinois for these types of deals.Trust me, whenever the "authorities" realize that individuals are making an easy killing, they change the rules of the game. 

Creative real estate investing is one of the most exciting businesses to be engaged in, and some of the deals I’m able to do without any of my own money or credit absolutely boggle my mind.

Literally the entire room is friendly and engaging.

I am a father to 2 beautiful daughters and am happily engaged to a wonderful woman (mother of 2 herself) and we are expecting our first, a girl.
