You're less likely to get a 'discount' with that level of service but in my experience it can increase the market value of the home by 10's of thousands compared to not doing it.Just a heads up that not all stagers are good, some are excellent but some get caught up in staging and over-stage with too much clutter and furniture items that make rooms looks small.Look at an agent's previous listing photos because ultimately they are the ones who work with a lot of buyers too and should know how to handle listing prep so that it appeals to buyers (aka staged for SALE).

@Alvin Uy they offered me 78k for my mailbox store but I only took 10k because I didn't have an immediate need for that amount and wasn't sure about the strings attached.

Have the store tailor the pants and coat to fit you.If you want to be more formal get a burgundy colored tie.In the summertime, swap the light grey pants for tan pants.

Apparently the debt is with the Treasury department now not the VA.Comenity/Boscovs (department store) - amount owed $0 - 4 late payment remarks. 3 of them are 5/2016, 8/2016, and 5/2017 30-59 days late and 1 of them 9/2016 is for 60-89 days late.

I know my stocks are doing well but they are all tech stocks and while they represent a chunk of the stock market, they do tell me squat about the average mom and pop store that closed down or the thousands of retail or restaurant workers who are out of a job or how close to 100k airline employees will lose jobs come September 30.
