I am looking at buying a 3br house with a basement than is fully furnished that I can rent out for anywhere from 1200-1300 a month in additional income with fully furnished bathroom. 

I am studying to get my RE License but for me to become a broker will take several years so I am planning to start this business by January , I am currently finding investment properties and furnishing them. 

I've noticed that, in my area, most travel nurse housing listed on Furnished Finder is 1 and 2 bedrooms.

I buy the bank foreclosure and rent out the furnished house for $600/week. 

The house is not furnished and utilities are not included and the company is ok with that.

You'd probably be better off renting it as a long-term rental and saving the costs of furnishing, utilities, landscaping, marketing, taxes, etc.

We set a budget for the reno and furnishing of $5500 and we are already at $3400 and still need to buy furniture including a big screen TV.I want to ask others do you feel installing shower doors is worth the investment or can we install a curved shower bar with a higher end curtain for combined probably $150.

Having to completely mentally furnish a house can be a barrier to buyers "seeing themselves in a house".
