It is much better than the typical Hoover type models.Big Green Machine

It averages 1 to 1.5 million miles in my account at anyone time.. but that's because I spent a fair bit on it monthly ( pay in full of course) and I fly 100k miles a year domestic all first class which gives me double miles. 

After some research, I'm considering markets that are #1 Landlord friendly and #2 would only cost me no more than 200.00 bucks round trip when flying in.

You WILL pass with flying colors.#2.

They might work with a naive individual, but if its an MLS listed property the only two contingencies that will fly are financing and inspection.

I have a property on a lake by hoover dam in MO. 

@David Cate- I understand that King co  can be  a challenge to make the  #s  fly .....assuming you need to  use  financing for the next purchase - make sure you have  your  loan pre approval  in place  for  whatever  hyothetical  scenario you  want to  use

I am fresh into this investing as well and was also looking at Jacksonville, FL. I

I am not sure that I am one to give advice considering my experience or lack thereof, but  I will tell you where and why I am looking in these markets: Pittsburgh Pa and St Petersburg FL. I
