Over the last month or so, I took the required 90-hour broker pre-licensing course online, passing the course and also the Indiana state exam just last week.My plan is to never quit my W2 job, as I have a good, steady income, insurance, 401k, profit sharing, etc.

This was before BP and my agent was not much help either, so I read every book I could find, took seminars and enrolled in a one year course with Rich Dad Education, which was not the worst thing, at least it tought me a lot of theory.I was still very sceptical if real estate investing would actually work - if it's so great why is not everyone doing it?

With the windows open, it helps circulate air more of course but doesn't do much of anything for the humidity levels.
