I also like their "tenant-centric" approach that you can find described on their website.Since I also own elsewhere in Memphis, I've come across PM firms that don't budge on the legal indemnity clauses in their agreements with owners - unacceptable to me to be on the hook to pay the PM's legal costs, even if the PM alone may be the only party (clearly) at fault.
