I should back up a little and say that I have been listening to an older podcast every few days (and every current one) and have read two of Brandon’s books so far).In older episodes, Brandon had been talking about buying a trailer park with “owner financing”.

I read around 40-50 books a year.

I decided to finally buckle down to do this part time from extra income and to build up before I decide to do it full-time.Any suggestions on which state, on-line courses and/or brokers for this new journey?

Read "Rich Dad Poor Dad" and working my way through "Cashflow Quadrant" and the other books by Brandon are sitting in my queue.Currently struggling with deciding on an area to invest in, already decided to invest in b or c class, not sure about duplex or SFH yet.

Also, in addition to books and podcasts, and join a few more local REI groups to get a sense of which one(s) suits your needs best!
