Many of these houses are over 100 years old and have extremely low ceilings/under six feet of space between the floor and joists in the basement.After checking out several of the competition's finished products, it seems like more and more people are digging out and finishing the basements in these row homes.

By not paying next years taxes, the lien will go into the auction and the next buyer pays off my son's principal plus the 16% interest.He wanted to get his feet wet after seeing me do this for years and I'm proud he made the decision to invest on his own and then asked for my help in choosing the liens.
