For me, as a landlord, I take a hands-off approach to many things.

Is the easement wide enough to have cast off that stays within the easement ??

so far it has yielded no concessions.The unit that did  not get the STR permitted was converted to MTR (30+ day furnished rental) the same time as ~200 other units in the area.  

The people for some reason had water turned off and were doing the deed every where.

They clearly don't listen to you.Cameras won't help much other than seeing what the Amazon drivers do at drop-off.

We are considering asking them to move out for a couple of months at the end of their lease so that we can rehab the unit, then have them move back in this fall once we are finished.How far in advance of the end of their lease do we need to let them know this? 

The take away is $750 a month and that cash flow is off of a $186K loan versus a $500K loan.

We need inflation to trend down, but so far signals are “mixed. ” Counterintuitively, it seems wage growth has begun to outpace inflation growth, for much of the last 12 months (or has inflation merely seeped into wages?).

We have them in Canada and as far as I know, it transfers the money right away.
