Unfortunately I don't have a fantastic answer for you @Robin Lee, but the one time that I was digging into potentially having to do this with a tenant, the state marshal basically told me they are only going to move items of value.

It’s a fantastic read that I wish I would have come across before I started on this journey.

Given the amount of room sublets I see on Facebook Marketplace etc. in those areas, being able to rent to your resident colleagues would be fantastic to help you get cash in the door as soon as possible.
