I would much prefer someone locally but in my extensive search, I did not find anyone that could offer what I was looking for.

Looking at it, it needs pretty extensive rehab, but don't know if the AC, furnace, electrical wiring, plumbing, roof, breaker box, etc. need repairs or replacement.

The longer it takes the more extension risk enters the picture from rates moving up.

Some points:Re-writing the lease: Since it's the same tenants, I recommend an addendum/extension.

However I have also found attorneys with extensive knowledge of title and liens and great understanding and anticipation of how various scenarios may play out.

In addition, I currently have no expenses and I travel extensively for work and can stay in corporate apartments and travel back on the weekends so I don’t have a need for a house for myself.

Super critical that you do an extensive amount of due diligence and thoroughly screen the pro-forma begin presented by the provider.Working with investors from around the globe, I have learned that the number asset that people are seeking is transparency and loyalty.
