If you're accepting these loans in your own name and they are conventional loans, you will run into a limit of 4 or 10 depending on your credit and the prevailing lending market in your area.

If that is not acceptable then a pure Stated Loan is available through 3 or 4 hedge funds...but I would suggest the portfolio loan first to get yields under 5%.
