For example, my rental criteria: Your gross monthly income must be at least 3 times the monthly rental amount and you must provide me with acceptable written documentation substantiating your income dated within the past 30 days.

If you're accepting these loans in your own name and they are conventional loans, you will run into a limit of 4 or 10 depending on your credit and the prevailing lending market in your area.

If that is not acceptable then a pure Stated Loan is available through 3 or 4 hedge funds...but I would suggest the portfolio loan first to get yields under 5%.
